We’re allowed to endorse, so we do. After all, many of you in the fashion industry base your decisions off recommendations. You probably remember Daliah Saper from our “In Fashion and Out of Trouble” seminar back in June 2007. If you didn’t, here’s what you need to know. Daliah runs her own firm, Saper Law, where she specializes in intellectual property, business affairs, and entertainment. She has experience working with a lot of Chicago fashion designers. She knows the ins and outs of the industry, and works closely with The Stitches Fashion Program so she stays on top of what’s going on here in Chicago. Also, she’s quite a fashionable lawyer (if I do say so myself).
Daliah is an example of emerging talent herself, and was recently featured in two articles highlighting her work. The first can be found in this week’s Reader. It’s a story about her involvement in protecting citizens trying to participate in government.
