Saper Law Announces the Launch of Seminars at Saper Law

In conjunction with a move to our new River North office space located at 500 North Dearborn, Suite 1200, Saper Law will be hosting a monthly seminar series geared towards creative entrepreneurs and innovative business organizations.Our first Seminar will be held on Tuesday July 15 and will explore the creative and legal processess behind developing and protecting a brand.Guest speaker, Lisa Ghisolf of
Gizmo Design, Inc. will begin the discussion with an overview of logo and tag line conceptualization and follow it with a guide to creating and implementing a successful website and marketing strategy.Daliah Saper will lead up the second half of the seminar and will detail the steps involved with applying for and registering a trademark or copyright. The conversation will include an explanation of related contracts and licensing agreements as well as several Saper Law case studies.
