IP Valuation and Trade Secret Protection: What are your customer lists and “special sauces” really worth?
The first hour of the seminar will be led by Daliah Saper, Principal Attorney at Saper Law Offices, LLC. Daliah will provide an overview of the Illinois Trade Secret Act and explain what constitutes a trade secret; what constitutes “reasonable means” for keeping trade secrets secret; and how to conduct an “IP Audit” to identify all intellectual property within your company in order to take the proper steps to protect it.
The second half of the seminar will be led by Jordan Katz, an Associate at Ocean Tomo, an intellectual property valuation company.
