DuPage County Bar Association publishes article by Daliah Saper

The Journal of the Dupage Countay Bar Association just published Daliah Saper’s article “Designer” Jewelry vs. “Inspired-by” Jewelry: Intellecutal Property Infringement and Unfair Competition Considerations in its October 2008 issue. The article, written with assistance from Saper Law Clerks, Adam Urbanczyk and Nick Jaramillio, analyzes copyright, trademark, and unfair competition law as applied to “inspired-by” jewelry designs and provides practical tips to avoid legal problems in these areas.
