Daliah Saper to lecture at City of Chicago Small Business Expo

On July 17, 2009, Daliah Saper will be a featured lecturer at the City of Chicago’s Small Business Expo organized by the City Treasurer’s Office. Daliah’s presentation will focus on the key legal issues facing start up businesses including choosing a business entity, registering trademarks and copyrights, and negotiating important contract provisions.
