Chicago - Caught on tape? Not so fast.
A journalism professor is furious with the Chicago Police Department for allegedly deleting a video from his camera .
The professor said he happened to be shooting video of officers arresting a turnstile jumper at a Chicago Transit Authority station, and it turns out the jumper was not the only one in trouble.
The incident reportedly happened Saturday, November 12, 2011 at a Red Line CTA stop.
Loyola University professor Ralph Braseth said police violated his freedom of speech and committed illegal search and seizure when they erased his video files……
