Daliah Saper lectures at Flourish! Open Source Conference

On April 2, 2011 Daliah Saper lectures at the Flourish! Open Source Conference about the legal implications of using open source software.  Her presentation will highlight the differences between copyrights, trademarks, and patents as they relate to software development and provide an overview of recent litigation involving open source software.

The goal of the Flourish 2011 Open Source Conference  is to promote the use of open source software and provide an annual gathering place in Chicago for open source enthusiasts. This will be the fifth anniversary of the Flourish conference.  As usual, the conference is free to everyone and all are invited to participate.
