Intellectual property is increasingly important to businesses and individuals. All attorneys and business owners should have some knowledge of the fundamentals of intellectual property law. This course will cover the basics of non-patent intellectual property matters including trademark, copyright and trade secret essentials as well as Internet-related issues. Planned coverage includes:
TRADE SECRETS: The scope of protectable trade secret information will be covered in this presentation, as will remedies for trade secret misappropriation.
