Saper Law at Fashion Business Workshop
Our very own Shyla Jones spoke at a recent event as a guest lecturer. The Fashion Business Workshop, hosted by Columbia College Chicago on September 21st, focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with starting, owning, and operating a fashion boutique. In her seminar, Fashion Intellectual Property Law and eCommerce Considerations for Online Boutiques, Shyla spent much time discussing trademark, copyright, and general intellectual property concerns.
