Daliah Saper to Serve on Social Media Week Panels

Daliah Saper will serve as legal and social media expert for  three panels during Social Media Week Chicago, which will take place on September 22-26.  Daliah will be discussing the legal implications of social media.   Her first presentation will cover online defamation / libel/ slander  and online reputation management.  Her second presentation will cover other social media related legal issues including fair use and mashups, sweepstakes and contest rules as they apply to social media,  social media policies, and employee rights to privacy. Her third presentation will be formatted as a panel discussion.  Daliah’s co-panelists will be fellow board members from Social Media Club Chicago.  Details below.
