Daliah Saper to Speak to the Institute of Internal Auditors, Montgomery Alabama Chapter
The Institute of Internal Auditors, Montgomery Chapter has invited Daliah Saper to provide an all day, 8 hour long seminar on April 3, focused on internet issues and related risk management best practices. Daliah will tap into her experience and expertise as an intellectual property and social media attorney to discuss several topics, including: online reputation management, copyrights and fair use, trademarks, domain names and the new gTLDS, FTC disclosure guidelines, compliant sweepstakes and contest rules, data hacking, and privacy issues.
To conclude the seminar, Daliah will lead a trademark negotiation exercise that involves licensing terms and certain auditing provisions.
