Fox News 32 Interviews Daliah Saper Regarding Deceased Family Member’s Facebook Posts

On Thursday, March 10th, Fox News 32 interviewed intellectual property attorney and social media expert Daliah Saper about the possibility of having a deceased family member’s Facebook records used in court proceedings to asses how strong ones ties to their family is. In this particular instance, the Facebook records in question pertain to Catherin Ye, 24, who was tragically run over and killed by an oil tanker as she walked across Randolph near the Kennedy in Chicago.  Now, lawyers for the truck company have requested “a complete archive of her Facebook pages,” going back almost seven years, in part to gauge just how much her family really mattered to her.
