CBS News Chicago Interviews Daliah Saper about Fake News

CBS Chicago News Reporter Dorothy Tucker interviewed Daliah Saper tonight about the legality of reporting real news about fake news.

One woman in particular is upset that she has inadvertently become the face of fake news.  (Her image was used without her permission on a fake ad intended to confuse prospective voters during the 2016 election.)  Now, she wants news outlets and congress to stop using her image as an example of fake news.   Daliah Saper explains why news outlets and legislatures do not have a legal obligation to ask her permission to report or discuss the fake advertisements.  Watch the video here:
