CBS Chicago Interviews Daliah Saper about Revenge Porn and Cat-Fishing Allegations against IL State Rep, Nick Sauer

In light of the recent revenge porn and cat-fishing allegations against Illinois Representative, Nick Sauer, CBS Chicago’s Jim Williams sat down with Daliah Saper to discuss the legal consequences of revenge porn.

Having represented numerous victims of revenge porn, Daliah explained how victims struggle to “remove any trace of themselves from the Internet.  They’re concerned about going to public events. They don’t know what people have seen so they’d rather avoid everybody.”

Daliah also explained that Illinois is one of 40 states and DC that have enacted revenge porn laws that criminalize the distribution of sexual images without consent.
