In the interview, Daliah covered a wide range of legal topics related to the First Amendment and highlighted recent case law, including Mahanoy Area School District v. B. L., to help explain the scope of First Amendment protection. For example, you can have an opinion about a topic, but you can’t typically make false statements of fact and pass them off as true. That would constitute defamation.
