November Client Spotlight: Panlasa

Saper Law Client Spotlight
Saper Law’s Client Spotlight is a series highlighting our various practice areas through client features. This month, we are highlighting our trademark practice area by shining a spotlight on Saper Law client, Panlasa.

Panlasa, created by Chef, Roland Calupe, is a Filipino-Hawaiian eatery bringing bold, authentic flavors to the heart of Chicago.

Located inside the bustling Chicago French Market at the Ogilvie Metra station in the West Loop (131 N. Clinton St.), Panlasa serves up a vibrant menu featuring plate lunch style rice bowls, musubi, and lumpia egg rolls as well as hot meals ready to eat in a grab and go format, shokupan breakfast egg sandwiches, ube desserts, iced coffee drinks and rotating food specials.
