As the nation’s #1 walking workout, Walk At Home is the original indoor walking fitness program that allows users to maintain fitness from the comfort of their homes. By integrating cardio, strength, and flexibility, their workouts make it accessible and enjoyable to stay active for all fitness levels.
How It Began
Walk at Home was founded by fitness instructor Leslie Sansone in 1980 when she first released a workout video. From her early days teaching aerobics in a church basement, Leslie grew her audience by creating workout VHS tapes and DVDs that enabled viewers to experience the joys of exercise directly in their homes.
