To get a sense of our expertise and how we work with new clients, feel free to call our offices at 312-527-4100. If you have substantive questions about a specific issue, please book a consultation by using the appointment tool below. All consultations will take place by phone or video call. Such questions include:

• How should I set up my business?
• How do I protect my intellectual property?
• How do I bring or defend a lawsuit?
• Can you read this contract and tell me what it means?
• How should I structure my sweepstakes or contest rules?
• Is it legal to….?

We believe in transparent pricing for legal services. We want you to know our fees up front and will always give you a sense of how many hours something will take before we bill you.

Initial consultations are categorized by subject matter and are offered at a flat fee of $300.00. If, after the initial consultation, you would like to retain Saper Law for further advice or representation, we will send you an engagement letter detailing the scope of our services and the associated retainer. Our hourly rate is $600.00. Certain services, like trademark filings and business incorporation, are offered on a flat fee basis.
