Daliah Saper Quoted in Record Searchlight Article about Defamation in Political Campaigns

Record Searchlight, a USA Today subsidiary publication based in Redding, California, recently quoted Daliah Saper in its article about determining whether or not a political campaign mailer could be deemed libelous. The mailer at issue was distributed by California Rep. The North American Entertainment Law Summit delivers a four day continuing legal education conference, focused on constantly evolving topics within the entertainment, sports, media, and intellectual property law fields. CBS Chicago Interviews Daliah Saper about Revenge Porn and Cat-Fishing Allegations against IL State Rep, Nick Sauer

In light of the recent revenge porn and cat-fishing allegations against Illinois Representative, Nick Sauer, CBS Chicago’s Jim Williams sat down with Daliah Saper to discuss the legal consequences of revenge porn.
