Chad Nold will be speaking about Marketing Contracts before a group of graduate students enrolled in the Integrated Marketing Program at Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.  Specifically, Chad will be discussing what a marketing contract is, what should be addressed within, how to clarify each party’s rights and obligations, and what entails breach and enforcement of rights.
