On May 20th, 2016, Daliah Saper will serve as a panelist for the Texas TriCities Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Director’s (NACD) event: They Posted What Online? Social Media Mishaps and Reputational Risk Oversight.  Program topics that will be addressed include the relationship between social media and reputational risk, adequate business metrics in place to capitalize on social media while protecting a company from excessive risk, and the Board’s role in social media oversight.
