Daliah Saper will be honred at this year’s Circle of Empowered Women (CEW) Educational Forum and Induction Lunch, hosted by the  NaFFAA Illinois on Saturday, March 26th at the Holiday Inn Chicago North Shore.

The CEW is a network, founded in the Midwest in 2004, which provides mutual support, leadership growth, and experience sharing, among women, to create the foundation for lasting personal and social change.
