We believe in transparent pricing for legal services. We want you to know our fees up front and will always give you a sense of how many hours something will take before we bill you.
Initial consultations are categorized by subject matter and are offered at a flat fee of $300.00. If, after the initial consultation, you would like to retain Saper Law for further advice or representation, we will send you an engagement letter detailing the scope of our services and the associated retainer. Our hourly rate is $600.00. Certain services, like trademark filings and business incorporation, are offered on a flat fee basis.
