Saper Law Expands California Practice

As a firm specializing in entertainment and social media issues, Saper Law is something of a Midwestern anomaly. Of course, anyone who’s been a part of Chicago’s thriving arts or tech scenes knows what a hub this city can be for innovation, but in our line of work, sooner or later the West Coast is tough to avoid.

That’s why, in order to better serve the needs of our clients in the in the entertainment and technology industries, Saper Law associate Chris McElwain was admitted last year to the California Bar. While our practice will remain focused on Illinois, we will now be able to appear in California courts, whether it’s to enforce agreements with Silicon-Valley developers or issue subpoenas to California-based entities such as Facebook or Google.
