Daliah Saper to Speak at Going into Business Workshop at Score Chicago
Those of you who missed Daliah’s presentation at SCORE last Friday can attend a similar lecture this Monday night, February 7. Daliah will addresses the legal challenges that a small business person confronts when starting and expanding a business.
Her lecture will cover business entity selection, formation, and maintenance. She will explain the differences between a Corporation, S Corp, LLC, sole propietorship and general partnership. Daliah Saper will also explain the difference between trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and patents and educate attendees about the the legal implications of social media, ie online defamation, intellectual property infringement, and how to implement social media policies.
