Daliah On Fox News: Should Babies have Facebook Accounts?
Daliah Saper was interviewed by Fox Chicago on November 13th about the legality of creating social media accounts for newborn or even unborn children.
A number of parents have tried to set up Facebook pages for their babies; in some cases, babies who haven’t been born yet.
Some parents say it’s a great way to keep friends and family up to date on a baby’s progress — or an expectant family.
But critics say it turns into an online case of TMI. There’s concern about how to get rid of potentially embarrassing posts down the line and, of course, questions about kids
and cyber safety.
Chicago social media attorney Daliah Saper joins FOX 32 to talk about baby pages in the online community.
