Daliah Saper Guest Lectures at Columbia College Chicago
On October 24, Daliah Saper, presented to aspiring film makers and producers in Columbia College’s Master of Fine Arts program. Daliah covered a broad range of legal topics relevant to movie production and documentary film-making including: trademark and copyright registration and clearances, the difference between fair use and public domain, the importance of work for hire contracts, and tips on how to avoid rights of publicity and defamation lawsuits.
